Greenside at Silo Park

I think this is going to be an awesome place. Greenside is almost done being built. The rest of the property has a while to go. But this park will be a great place for people to gather.

Amazing place to live. The building is modern with great natural light, and the park nearby makes it feel calm and inviting. Perfect balance between downtown living and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend.

No one in Utah and I mean no one in Utah should be paying New York housing rates for the bare minimum this has to be a joke for real all their pictures they have up on google are renders not even real photos just take a moment to look at how fake it looks not to mention that it’s right off of a high trafficked Area and homeless people literally camp at minimum block away (pioneer park) my room at my mommy’s house is bigger than one of these studios with 1200 you can rent a mother in laws apartment about 1200 sqft for the same price

Living at Silo Park has been such an amazing experience! The place is always clean, well-kept, and just feels really good to come home to. Huge shoutout to Claudia—she is seriously incredible! She responds almost instantly every single time and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets handled perfectly. She’s the kindest, most helpful person, and truly the reason living here has been so smooth. I can’t appreciate her enough!
