First off. I typically don't do reviews. This is my first one and the only reason I am doing it is because every now and then run across individuals who deserve recognition. This is one of those situations. So are the GOMC the best looking apartments? Probably not. But where they make up for that is when you meet Ellen and Rachel. Any dilemma I was faced with while living there, was treated as if it was one of their own. Promptly, professionally and never once made me feel as if I was a hindrance. They will walk you though the whole application process seamlessly and help advocate for you. I believe in full transparency..... It doesn't hurt that the manager looks like a lightweight supermodel, but still has the compassion and kindness of a librarian.

This place is fantastic. The move in process was smooth, management has been very kind and informative, tenants are nice and it's in a great location. It is also completely set up for ziply fiber Internet which is literally the fastest internet you can get and the price is amazing. If you are looking for a great place to live this is the spot.

Great place. Especially if you have a family. Multiple playgrounds for kids to play, pool and hot tub. Friendly neighbors, maintenance is always busy keeping the property clean every morning before they start their day with repairs. The girls in the office Ellen, and Rochelle are amazing and friendly they throw pool party's for the kids and help with anything you need very good, professional, and welcoming.

Avoid This Place at All Costs Living here was a nightmare. The biggest issue was the mold—it was everywhere. No matter how much you cleaned or reported it, it kept coming back. Totally unacceptable and a serious health hazard. During winter, they never treated the icy roads or put down salt. The only exit is on an incline, so cars constantly got stuck trying to leave. And when it rains? Flooding. The drainage is awful. Management is a joke. They selectively enforce rules based on who they like—don’t expect fair treatment. The trash compactor is always overflowing, creating a disgusting mess, and the parking lot is constantly full of wildlife (yes, wildlife) and people camping in the nearby woods. We moved into these apartments quick, we had to be out of our last home quickly, so we decided to move here. The apartment we got into, has a BAD roach infestation. The office hired someone to "Treat" the apartment, but of course it didn't work, & that's because the whole building has them. The roaches came back a week after they "treat" the apartment, even worse and even bigger. Our neighbors moved out, and before they left, we asked them if they had them? They said "Oh yeah, bad and for a couple years." So this isn't just a "1 treatment, and they're gone" type of deal. Everyone needs to be placed in hotels, and they need to treat the whole building. I'm sure there's more buildings that have them besides the 5 Building. The office will literally charge you for anything they possibly can,
