Greenleaf Meadows Apartments

Lived at Greenleaf on and off over 20 years. Always loved the staff and management. The last 5 years have been even better with the snow removal efforts being a top priority for me. Rents have gone up, but compared to what is around me, I find it reasonable. Highly recommend. Office always calls me back or emails me if I ask a question. Hope to live here another few years, until I move down south.

Greenleaf Meadows is a really good choice! We lived there for about a year! But we had to move to another state The townhouse is very comfortable! The street is quiet, cleaning is done during the day, the service responds to problems very quickly! I recommend this apartment complex👌

❤️❤️❤️ I love living here until it's time to get an appliance fixed. I've been living here for 3 years. My air conditioner broke a few weeks ago, during the heatwave. Maintenance did everything they could to not replace the unit. Every year since I've lived here my air conditioner needed service. But this year it finally stopped working completely. It was like pulling teeth to get a new unit for my townhouse. My microwave has peeling and flaking paint on the inside. Maintenance came and looked at it and said to leave the door open for a couple of hours a day. From my understanding and experience with microwaves peeling and flaking paint isn't safe, so therefore the unit needs to be replaced. I've never had any issues like this before. Lived here for three years now, my apartment is much larger compared to other places that charge the same rent. There are always spots open to park. There free gym to use is really nice and has many options from elliptical to treadmill and others. I would probably add more weights than they have, but I understand why they might not want to. The only thing I would change is making the laundry machines downstairs and the ones in the common laundry area to be free to residents :)

I honestly love living here. It's definitely one of the nicest apartment/townhome complexes in the area. Rent is high for the townhouses but you get A LOT of space and the units are overall well maintained. I've lived here for over a year now and the few maintenance issues I've had were resolved within hours or days. The staff here are super friendly and seem to be working 24/7. My neighbors are amazing and overall I've found that this is one of my favorite places I've lived. I've had a good experience and they're dog friendly in the townhouses but I believe you're only allowed cats in the apartments.
