Poor owner's. Can't do maintenance on the units. Roof leaks in several spots in more then one apartment. One you can't even use the bedroom but they charge almost $800 a month. Not right at all. They aren't even worth $500 a month.
New owners, new management, updated units! Updated flooring, fixtures, paint, bathrooms, kitchen appliances etc
Lots of bad people over there. Not great for kids.
No upkeep on lawn.
