Greenhouse Apartments

I been living here 2 yrs and since the new management and Matience it’s improved so much! They work non stop to try and fix everything for residents of course they can only do so much so I appreciate everything they do.the apartments aren’t new so there will be issues but they’re safe everyone knows everyone so safety isn’t a problem here

I been apartment hunting and it’s really hard. Most places I called to find out more information the person on the phone was really rude or just didn’t care. But it was different when I called here, Damaris was the one to help me out with all my questions and concerns. She was patient and willing to go above and beyond to get all the information I needed. She was very genuine and trustworthy. Thank you so much for making my experience memorable.

Con Artist! Girl who runs the office is a liar and the manager Claudia is a thief. We paid everything and contacted them multiple times over three weeks and no one would give us a move in date nor never call us back! We went to get our money back and were treated extremely poorly and unprofessional. This is now becoming a civil law suit. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I got approved to move here 04/22/2019 padid 350$$, my inspection failed 5 times. I came to view the apartment today and lets just say the apartment was wide open door kicked in vandalized and no one was there. To let me in, me and Arlington Housing , we helped ourselves and once i voiced my frustration to the leasing manager Lorina Chavez she retracted my application and told me i couldn't rent there. This was so wrong, i called weher multi family and Paul told me to send an email. While all this happened i hung in the balance of losing my voucher. All this as I stand at there office seeking assistanced and they lock the door after each patron like ive done something to them. Do NOT let them play with your time and money. Worst Service Ever be my voice reviews count.

Been here for a few weeks and the experience has been good. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are all welcoming. Damaris at the office is been amazing, she has been helpful and super sweet
