Greenhaven Trace Apartments

I have only lived here a week so my review will likely be updated later, but I have had such a positive experience so far! I had to find housing relatively quickly due to moving for school, and Tiffany so helpful and kind. She was extremely communicative and responsive and worked through my application quickly. She even came in on the weekend to help work through my application so it could get finalized and approved quicker. Honestly one of the best property managers I’ve ever worked with and I can fully understand why other reviewers followed her to Greenhaven Trace. Not only was Tiffany super kind and helpful, but Alexis with maintenance was super helpful and so kind and considerate. I was having a little trouble locking my door on my move in day and he saw me and dropped what he was do

My move in was great. I had one issue with the water not draining properly and maintenance was one it and fixed it next day. The place is nice and quiet and I really like it here!

Have been living here for a couple of weeks & have no complaints. Tiffany is the sweetest, she was patient with me having to move things around moving from another state & she was so helpful with everything. She even had a welcome basket with goodies for the home. The complex itself is quiet & the neighbors are nice as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very peaceful, maintenance take action immediately whenever needed. Tiffany in the office is so sweet, love her, and her office is always open for questions and help. Very organized and put together.

So far I am loving my new home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, the actual apartment itself is very spacious and clean with little to no repairs needed. Tiffany C. was so much help we were accepted and moved in, in no time at all. I would recommend working with Tiffany she was very helpful and reassuring during the process.
