Greenfield Village by Landsea Homes

I really don’t understand how are we paying a high HOA fee for something like this. At least they should clean it I hope somebody take action about this

The worst place to live !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MOVE AT THIS HELL HOLE…. HOA IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!! This homeowners’ association management makes living here a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of a human being, their lack of communication is the worse. They do not care about their residents or their needs, but they’re so quick to raise the HOA fee….

Do not purchase from Land Sea Homes. This company (formerly Hanover Family Builders) does not stand by their warranty for the big stuff. Like doors not leaking. I purchased a home in December 2020 and immediately reported a leaking patio sliding door. They sent out a representative and said the door was missing crucial components. 16 months later, they still have not fixed the issue. Other neighbors all have the same problem. Some have been fixed, some not. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and avoid Land Sea Homes at all costs. There are plenty of other more reputable builders out there.

Used to see a beautiful trees and land here what happened? Florida has gotten too busy thanks to Disney that's why I'm moving out of fl before the Hurricane's get worse and worse because of global warming.

My sister lives there and has great neighbors.
