Greenfield Meadows

Very noisy, literally a gunfight in our parking lot, and got charged for things that were included in every other place I've lived. I was expected to pay for a cleaning after I'd had professionals come through and they claim 'nothing' was done, and somehow repainting the unfortunate kitchen cabinets is my responsibility? I used to highly recommend this place. I now say avoid it if you can.

Lived here for about 3 years. It’s a decent place. The manager keeps it going but sometimes she can be very lazy and sometimes really rude. I guess you gotta catch her on her good days. Her husband stands by his truck watching everyone, you’d think you’d feel safe but he’s looks at people like a creep. I feel more like he’s checking me out, but I’m not the only one that feels that. Parking is 2 per apartment and you need the permit to park but yet I’ve seen the people living in the houses behind the apartment park in our lot and managers husband allows it. If he’s not a real security what is he doing there. They allow pets, not vicious breeds of dog and yet the manager has 2 big puddles. You put a call for maintenance and sometimes it takes a few days to get maintenance guy to come and fix

Lived here for 6 months and I couldn't live here another day. Place is dirty and unkept. Was showed a different unit before moving in which was in much better shape than the unit they gave. The unit had rats and manager refused to do anything about it. They panted over everything to hide holes and old wood and they charged me for pant and cleaning after I moved out. Also water is constantly shut off without prior notice and manager comes knocking early in the morning yelling for minutes till you answer just to tell you the water is going to shut off. Another thing they have landscapers super early in the morning making loud noise out side like twice a week. Also the company who owns the property took my whole deposit so I suggest not even living here.
