Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a commercial real estate group. I called multiple times over several days and left messages — no response. Only after I contacted the property owner directly did the agent finally call me back. The conversation was full of contradictions and games. First, I was told the property was under a “pending lease,” but then they asked what I planned to do with it. Later, they said the owner is only looking for someone who’s been in business locally for 15–20 years — which makes no sense for a small retail space. They also mentioned rent history from a completely unrelated business as a reason to turn me away, despite my business being well-established and financially solid for nearly 8 years.
