Since I have been here 6years I have had packages stolen and nothing has been done about it thus year alone my SUV has been broken into nothing had been done about it I got a rental two days after getting it the window wash broken out of it nothing was done each time I called the police one say that there's no cameras to protect our vehicle in the back lot it seems that the cameras are pointing at the stairwell The back door is being propped open the window is being open a Left open I have pictures to prove this I live in the basement of this place I don't feel safe here and it seems no one cares about this but they will Tell you what is going on with them I really don't care I pay enough rent for some kind of protection for my property even if I have home owners insurance it's really sad

Very beautiful affordable, and spacious apartment community. The management staff are very warm and friendly. The maintenance department is professional and on time. The residents are quiet yet very family like and close. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Karen for a job well done. Thanks to the City of Chapel Hill and DHIC for providing this beautiful community that I can enjoy my retirement years in ❤🙏🏾

Bike stolen off balancy. Water bill went from 30 to 110.
