My Girlfriend & I just moved into this community. Other Tenants I have run into have been friendly. The process from interest to moving in was professional, fairly quick, & easy. Clayton Howard has been absolutely stellar answering questions and guiding us through this process. Apartment is absolutely beautiful. Elgion Management has come in and changing this locations old reputation from the prior owner for the better.

We had an excellent experience touring East Greenbush Commons of Nassau, NY. The apartment showing was professional, welcoming, and very thorough. Clayton Howard did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s clear that Clayton truly cares about the community. The improvements he has made to the complex are noticeable and meaningful, and they have transformed East Greenbush Commons into a place residents can be proud to call home. The property feels well-maintained, safe, and thoughtfully managed.
