Greenbriar Glen

I am elated and blessed to have found Greenbriar Glen Apartments. The office manager Elicia, is absolutely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. She has the heart for people and stance to get things done. Customer Service seemed to a lost skill but, this young lady took the time to answer my questions and elaborated when I needed further understanding. It was at the end of the work when I and came to get everything taken care to move in. Elicia patiently explained the lease and made sure that I was secure with process. As an older person, this meant more than I could have explained. Thank you, Elicia. I hope cooperate realizes the gem they have.

I am very happy with my experience with Elicia and Greenbriar Glen. Property Manager was very helpful and and answered all my question. I rate my experience a 10+ and will recommend to my sister. You can tell Mrs. Elicia love what she does. I left her office feeling so good.

My good people let me tell you about Greenbriar Glen Apartments…. I am so excited to move in today! It has definitely been a process and I can thank Mrs.Elicia for all her assistance in getting my new place. Do understand she is a busy lady but if you don’t get off hold of her emails are best or just be patient. The apartments are nice size 1&2, but no 2 bedrooms available. Come check it out and you will not be disappointed. 5 stars

My move-in experience was great. The application process and lease prep were simple and fast. I had a couple of initial maintenance issues and administrative hiccups, but these were resolved to complete satisfaction. Mrs. Young, the Property Manager, is always professional, caring and responsive, and the maintenance staff did a fantastic job on my repairs. I am very happy with my decision to move here!

Stayed here for almost 3 years. It was okay until the black mold came back into my apartment and management never cared. So we decided to move. The property manager Patricia is “nice nasty”. She sometimes act like she’s above people. I do understand that you have to do your job but sometimes customer relations are the best thing. And sometimes those relationships make your job easier. And I don’t think that she tried her best to make relationships with the tenants. Most of the time she was very cold and very nonchalant. The managers before her were very nice and inviting and And actually cared about what was going on in my unit. So for the most part, the black mold in the current property manager was the main reason why I decided to move out. I definitely would not recommend anyone to
