I've been here for almost 2 years. Every maintenance issue that I've logged into the portal they have addressed promptly. The office staff has always been courteous. Ms. Kisha is very nice and has communicated with me as needed. I have only heard nice things about Ms. Briana. Our neighbors all have been nice. I recommend.

Ms Lewis and Ms Hines have been the best leasing agents out of my 3 years here. The only issue i have is the maintenance ppl dont do they jobs on time u put a work order in they take 3 days to come and still dont fix the problem. 2nd year with no heat due to me needing a new furnace. Ms Lewis have came and seen the issue and had them on it immediately for my ac to go back out 2 days later. Went a whole summer no ac… maintenance need to be held more accountable instead of leasing management because they do their jobs and assist me with no problem.

The apartments located at Greenbriar Commons are deplorable! There’s always someone complaining about flooding whether it’s coming for the ceiling or up from the toilet. Communication between the leasing office is terrible. You’re definitely not going to feel welcomed. I never do. I’ve been going back and forth with these apartments about them double charging for rental insurance. It hasn’t stopped. Mood has been growing throughout the bathroom excessively. Mold everywhere. Ceilings falling apart. Electrical work isn’t HVAC compliant. For everyone whose A/C don’t work it’s because it’s An old telecom / punch-down terminal cabinet •    Repurposed as an electrical junction •    With dozens of low-voltage and spliced conductors •    NO proper HVAC-rated disconnect or breaker visible ⚠️ This

Don’t move here. I know at times it’s a bit hard and we have very few choices. Don’t move here. I moved here in February 2024. I still have no ac thermostat is broken my refrigerator, the “new one” that they brought in is still leaking inside running out onto the floor food not keeping cold or freezing. Leaks under kitchen sink and bathroom sink downstairs. Mold growing in bathroom regardless of the bleach used. Had to call code to even get a smoke detector. They go in and mark the work orders complete when they haven’t attempted to come out. I have 3 small grandchildren here. And I never get emails or phone calls about any of these problems only about the rent.And they go to empty units and remove appliances and use them in your unit nothing is ever new.

I Have had problems with this unit since I’ve moved in The beginning of last year. The biggest problem is that I have had water leaks in my living room every single time it rains. It has been fixed on three different times already and it still seems to be a problem now it’s worms coming inside my Unit I’ve contacted the leasing office multiple times About this situation, but the associates seem to not care and hangs up in your face. Now my wall is changing different colors because of the situation and it’s beginning to be a health hazard. This is not a safe environment to live in An I will be taking action.
