My wife and I got to work with Mike purchasing our first home. We had spoken with and even tried working with several other real estate agents in Sevier county as we'd looked online at homes and find one that worked for us. Mike (and Mason for the little bit we saw him) were by far and away the best agents that we worked with and chose to stay with them through the home buying process. Mike actually cares about you and what you want in a home and is willing to do quite a bit to help a deal go through on the house you love. He also has a pretty great sense of humor and was loads of fun to work with on top of doing a great job. Highly recommend Green Valley Brokerage. They're an awesome family buisness! I highly recommend Green Valley Brokers. We worked with Mason and he was great. We weren't sure if we wanted land to build on or an existing house. He never pushed us in one direction or the other, just presented us with options. We found a for sale by owner lot and the owner didn't want a real estate agent involved. Mason represented us in the sale and did a fantastic job making sure everything was in order for us to purchase it with peice of mind.
