Don't live here. It is a nightmare. I didn't think to look at the reviews first. The apartment looked really nice. I moved into an apartment that had roaches, putrid smell in the stairwell, marijuana smokers on the same floor as me, broken dishwasher and washer, stomping neighbors above my apartment and many more issues. The super and my agent worked promptly to fix my door lock which did not work, from either side of the door ... So I basically slept in an open apartment the first night. Everything went downhill from there. I have been trying to reach them about the appliances, no one picks up my calls or respond to the messages. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm stuck here for the next 1 year. You don't have to be.

Horrible, incompetent management company. I had the misfortune of renting out one of their apartments. What I thought was a bargain ended up being a poorly maintained slum of an apartment with a complete lack of care from the company managing it. This isn't the "family business" they try to present themselves as on their website. Move in and prepare to be ignored by callous people you will never see in person. The only employee I had any direct contact with was a superintendent who struggled to do basic tasks without making the situation even worse. Stay far away from anything Green Property owns or manages. Crucial maintenance issues are left ignored for months, until they get marked as complete on the online portal they have you submit everything on. Try calling them, and you'll either

For 10 months we have been dealing with water flooding our bedroom every time it rains. While there were early efforts to manage the problem, it has gotten worse and tickets for repair submitted since May have gone unattended. They are now no longer answering their phone, mailbox is full. Leaving this review here in hopes that some one from Green Property will contact us to pursue resolution.

I’m giving 1 star because I couldn’t give lower. Trying to contact this office is incredibly difficult. I have been dealing with a charge on my account for a parking spot I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS. After A MONTH of a charge on our account for a parking spot we couldn’t use, I got an email saying our account was delinquent and I needed to resolve it. I have been trying EVERY DAY since receiving this email to contact them to no avail. Ive called the office, I’ve emailed them back, nothing. I hope to god this has no effect on my credit

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. We lived at 231 Hackensack plank road. THEY CHARGE YOU $200 a month ( yes $200 per month!!!)for water and sewage….if you question that, no response! For 3 months they ignored our calls and emails and texts regarding this issue. There was robbery in the building( 2 floors!!) but management company did literally nothing to assure tenants safety or help them in any way. If you are ok with this overcharge every month and also being ignored while paying full price for your rent… then move-in and good luck 😐
