Ray was an excellent relator through the entire process. At his initial walk through, he listened and took notes, and reserved any price estimates until he was able to review comparable units. We had a call with Ray where he walked us through his value assessment. He shared the criteria he used and showed us the comparable homes on the market. On a snowy and cold afternoon four weeks ago, my wife and I made one of our biggest dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Being a first time home-buyer came with a lot of questions that started before the process even began. However, one question we did not have was who would be our realtor. It was Adam Feldman. My siblings and I worked with Pattie Dupuis to sell our mother's house after her passing. We found her to be difficult and frustrating to work with. We would go weeks with no word from her. She rarely answered emails, and when she did they were vague and sometimes confusing. We did not feel valued or cared for through this already stressful situation.
