Let me start by saying I reached out to Michael Green directly and got the typical bureaucratic answers you would expect when I raised these issues. Green and Co recently completed a development in the adjacent lot to mine. Throughout the development process they ran a sloppy jobsite, hired subpar contractors and made a general mess of the property I'm occupying. The earthwork company destroyed the front yard with little warning. The new road is pitched so that the drainage is directly towards my house, and if not for the paving company who generously offered to put one in, there would be no walkway whatsoever. In the process of installing the new road, the earthwork company paved directly up to the base of a large maple in the front yard, which could result in the death of that tree over

Green and Company is one of the best builder's I have had the pleasure of working with. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and I have never worked with a builder that is so efficient with their building process. Most people take for granted that in the construction world deadlines are approximations at best. Green and Company put together a schedule that was exactly on target as long as I kept up my end of the deal, and I could not have been happier with the results. My home was done on time with the quality and detail you would expect from such an experienced builder. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.
