I purchased a home with Trophy Homes we moved in January 6, 2023 it has been a year and five months and nothing but issues countless times of workers coming in and out my house, countless times of repairs needing to be addressed and fixed. My family and I are disappointed for buying a brand new house and not being able to enjoy it not once because it’s been a very stressful situation. Seems like every few weeks, there seems to be something popping up as far as unfinished construction work. I am being told that since it’s past a year the warranty will not cover anything other than electrical, plumbing and some HVAC. Which those haven’t been up to safety’s standards as well. considered a defect but unfortunately it is due to poor craftsmanship. If the house could’ve been correctly completed

They own Trophy Signature Homes and that brand will avoid fixing warranty issues on your home after you buy it. Do not trust Trophy Signature homes or Green Brick Partners as they do not stand by the quality of homes they build. I purchased a home through Trophy Signature homes and for the last 4 months have been going back and forth with their warranty department to have something fixed that was called out in a 3rd party inspection.

They don't show concern for the homeowners in Buffalo Ridge in Waxahachie, TX. They allowed builders to construct cheap badly built homes & price them from $525,000. & up. They didn't complete the pond development or playground, but used it as a sales arctic. I would never recommend purchasing any home in Buffalo Ridge. Green Brick owns Trophy Signature & Centre Living Homes They are the Developer of Buffalo Ridge. Very unprofessional business owners. .

Green Brick is a Very bad developer that makes false promises to new home owners that purchase in new communities that they develop. Green Brick uses false promises fed to families looking to buy a home. The promise of beautiful landscapes and a pond/water feature was told to all of our community in Waxahachie, TX. The 'pond' area is now a swamp with over grown weeds, construction debris from new homes being built, mosquitoes, trash, etc. It is near the entrance of our community and an eyesore that devalues all of our homes! Green Brick still has not completed the pond that was promised to our community. We pay HOA dues and this is the kind of return on investment. Green Brick does not value the homeowners once the community is developed. Do your developer research before you purchase
