Green Arbor Apartments

I recently toured Green Arbor Apartments in Southeast Houston and had a great experience. The property looked clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Anthony and the front leasing office staff were extremely welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Anthony took his time answering all of my questions and made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative — not rushed or pressured at all. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience.

I’m not a tenant just yet, however Miss Cleo and Anthony are amazing!!! I’ve had the best experience. They took their time and helped me start my leasing process. I have never felt more comfortable. Thank you Miss Cleo and Anthony!! I’m looking forward to becoming a resident at Green Arbor. The grounds are simple and beautiful. The floor plan is amazing. I’m so excited.

Cleo stays on top of everything and definitely knows her stuff. Come on out to Green Arbor apts and talk to Cleo. She is amazing and will work with you and get it done smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and if you have any problems, she will explain to you for you to understand. Such a sweet sweet person! Come on out and meet Cleo!!

If you love your pet, do not move in here. My dog got bit by a bigger dog. There are many living here even though only small dogs are allowed. They leave these poor dogs on their small porches filled with junk. I am sure these poor dogs are frustrated and many times I hear them wining. There are also very few poop stations and they don't keep the bags refilled. There is poop all over the ground and my dog got an eye infection because of this. I repeat

Mr. Anthony and Mrs. Cleo was excellent helping me throughout my process on finding me an apartment I recommend them to the world! I feel home 😊❤️
