I contacted Jill last minute to help me look at some rental properties while in town for a short period of time. Within a couple hours, she found a couple options that fit my needs and coordinated showings. Jill was so knowledgeable about the properties— you can tell she does her homework and has a great relationship with owners. The properties were well maintained. Will definitely contact Jill with any of my future renting needs.

I have lived in one of Greco properties for a little under a year now and it has been an absolute wonderful experience, and I just renewed my lease. Jill and the maintenance team are extremely respectful and responsive. Ive had a few changes and my apartment and Jill has been very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I’ve rented my apartment from Jill for 2 1/2 years and it was a great choice. The apartment was beautiful and Jill and her team were so helpful and accommodating. Even if there was a small thing to handle or fix, they’d be on it right away, and always communicating transparently about what the status was. I came from another country, so I had lots of questions, and it made all the difference to have a landlord I could trust!

Jill is great, and apartments are great and priced affordably! My husband and I lived in one of the units in the buildings in the Snyder area and we could not be happier. We've lived in several apartments over the past 5 years, and this was one of the better experiences we've had- there are so many things that can go wrong in an apartment unit but we didn't have any negative experiences here. Jill Greco is particularly awesome to work with- she is responsive, honest, and friendly. Over the nine months we lived in our unit, we've had virtually no complaints- the unit was updated just before we got in, and maintenance was easy to contact when we did have minor issues (i.e. needing replacements for bulbs, etc). Can’t say enough positive things about Greco Properties and Jill Greco. My partner and I just renewed our lease with Jill for our 3rd year. Jill and her team are very attentive, and responsive when it comes to maintenance requests. Would recommend Greco to anyone renting in the city!
