This is where I lived for the last 6 years. So quiet. So private. The neighbors dont bother nobody. The location is super comfortable. Close to everything. The Mall the gas station. Food places. The Greece Community Center. Walmart Weggmans...We have it all!

Tofu drudge apartments. Passive aggressive money hungry leeches. My rent went from 750 to 865 for a studio apartment. The basements studios are glorified basements with spiders, ants, and bug infestation for God only knows where. Never rent from here. It's not worth it. 2.6 stars says a lot about them and how they treat their tenants. 02/09/2023 Instead of fixing the things they need to fix and make it insect ready, I fled for my safety. My 1400 dollar computer had to be scrapped because of all the bugs inside that melted the motherboard. Now they want to say I broke the lease and owe them money. New York corruption at its finest. Please people, deter away from this place, it will only bring you financial ruin. Update 02/28/2023 I see the ponzi scheme. They force people out by not fixing

ANT INFESTATION! MOLDY APARTMENTS! Worst complex ever! Maintenance is NEVER available for issues they take a week to come! My apartment is filled with Mold & I had an ant infestation for the first 3 years!!! I had to handle this on my own when they have exterminators!APARTMENT MANAGER IS MONEY HUNGRY!! Very incompetent maintenance! They will call external vendors cause they have no experience in maintenance to fix anything! MAINTENANCE RIDES AROUND IN GOLF CARTS ALL DAY PLAYING LOUD MUSIC AND SMOKING WEED&CIGARETTES! YOU WILL CATCH THEM EVERY WEEKEND WORKING ON THEIR CARS AND WASHING THEM! We clean the halls by ourselves! They are always stank! Dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in! Ceiling fell apart & they put a big wood board instead of repairing the right way! They only paint over

Rent went up almost 100 dollars In one year. 1200 a month for a tiny disheveled one bedroom, which would make sense if the complex improved. It hasn't. The complex is FILTHY. Trash all over the parking lots, the buildings themselves are almost NEVER cleaned. The roofs are rotting. The floors are poorly done, you'll hear EVERY creak and screech as you walk in your apartment. You're lucky if you have your walkway salted in the winter or have snow taken care of in a timely manner. You will be late for work. The maintenance staff hangs out in their garage instead of cleaning the premise. Very sad. But I'm sure the complex pays them 16$ a hour, so can you blame them for not caring? The smell of ethnic food WILL find it's way into your apartment. You WILL feel unsafe. You WILL pay 400$ more
