She is highly knowledgeable, personable, efficient, prepared, responsive, a skilled negotiator, and most of all she really & truly watches out for your best interest in a genuine way. After a listing was posted with direct contact information and wording that seemed to encourage direct contact, I reached out to inquire about a property in a highly competitive area. I was met with a rude, demeaning response from Thomas Johnston who told me I was to always contact him via my realtor and this property was under contract. I was appalled that such realtor would take an opportunity for a hungry buyer and completely dismiss it because he lacked the ability to update the listing on all listing sites. I would never list or buy from this agent as he fails tremendously at respectful communication.
