This is the worst rental company I have ever came across, and I have not rented much homes in the past. This has been such a horrific experience from the beginning, which started with Marty, who absolutely did nothing but discriminate us and judge us based on our looks( we are Hispanic) . Between me and my husband, we make SEVEN times the rent! Our applications were more than qualified and were approved by the homeowner but of course when we were contacted today, we were told that we needed pet liability insurance, which was never told to us within the whole week process that we have been working with this horrendous company. The reason this was so upsetting is because each time they wanted something more and more and could never provide clear information to us!!!! We viewed The home on

Richard Pilhorn (I believe owns it) has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Doing everything in his power to shorten and delay my refund on my deposit. During my stay not one complaint and left returned the unit clean and in great condition. I will never do business with this shady company ever again.

This is the worst and most misleading company in real estate history. They take application fees without stating the full process. After everything is approved and I signed everything that shows what is needed on the application they come out with information that was never there. They asked for “PET insurance” for a Labrador and a Golden doodle. This is all after they had already collected my 75$ application fee which essentially they took with out giving out the full information. It never stated on the application about any pet insurances. On top of that they are very discriminating and judging. Listing agent Marty before even checking the full application doubted my bank statements saying that he would want a full years worth because they didn’t “look right”. It was a night mare process

If I could leave 0 state I would. 1 star is too much, This has been the most unsatisfactory real estate company with which I have had the nightmare of dealing with. I strongly advise against using their services and refraining from recommending them to others. There is a significant lack of communication and understanding between different departments, resulting in a constant feeling of being left out and unfairly blamed. Luckily, I saved all emails as evidence. Their conduct is both unethical and unprofessional.

I rented from this company "as is" home. DeeDee was my point of contact. She was AMAZING and really took pride in her work. For whatever reason she was replaced w Richard. OMG, he is the worst communicator. He never knows, will aways have to find out and NEVER responds to emails, calls NOTHING. I also had to provide receipts that I left the place completely details and floors polished. When I walked into a dirty as is home. I left the home in better condition and it's almost been 60 days and I'm still waiting on my deposit. Richard has blocked my email so I can't email him and he is not answering his phone. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this company
