Greater Metropolitan Title

Greater Metro handled the title process for a residential home I sold. They asked for my feedback on their service. This was written for them to see internally (I’d rather not write it twice). I was told I’d have closing documents at least 24 hours before closing, I received them 10 minutes prior after calling to ask their team for the documents. The shared they forgot to send the documents to me and shared sometimes that happens (I believe them). The credit to the buyer wasn’t included in the closing documents (I had agreed to give them $1700 in credits). The buyer and their agent both said all the numbers looked correct.
