If there were 100 stars, I’d give them all to Bob Allen! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the area, very responsive and was always flexible with our ever-changing schedules. Bob took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and ultimately found us the PERFECT home to live in for years to come. I can’t recommend Bob enough – THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Bob!

These people simply stopped answer my calls or texts. Phil Wilson, the agent, kept telling me that he had buyers for my property but never bothered to follow up with me on what happened after showings. Eventually, he simply stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to call the broker, who never called me back, to have the listing terminated. I'm not sure what kind of business this is, but its very unprofessional. I have filed complaints against their licenses as a result.

I worked with Karen Foster and highly recommend her! She is knowledgeable, professional and really took time to know what my family's specific needs and wants were for our new home. She gets 5 stars iny book!

They could have been better landlords/owners. When I rented here nothing was actually fixed, air conditioner was out during the time I moved in summer months so you can imagine. Maintenance was creepy ! They would just be in my apartment without my knowledge.

They are the worst. After signing the lease, they simply stop responding any call or texts and never come to fix the broken sink and leaking dish washer, not even mention the leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the bottom floor ceiling. It's been a month and the house is all smelly
