This property management company is definitely on the top of my list for slumlords. I waited over 2 years for them to fix a hole over the bathtub in my restroom & they never fixed it b4 we moved BTW. Also if u do happen to rent from them don't expect to receive your deposit back! If anything they will find something to bill u for like the 480 they r billing me for b/c they had to paint the unit & fix a cracked toilet. FYI I also had requested maintenance for the bathrooms for over 6 months and never received fixing, but I did receive the bill for it after moving out! I will show yall the photos of my apt I took at move out to cover myself and let you decide if I should have gotten my deposit back. Would write zero stars if I could. They sent myself and 2 others to collections for "unpaid rent" in 2025 even though we signed a legally binding agreement to remove us from a lease with a delinquent roommate in 2021. Clearly they are terrible at record keeping and have a high chance of messing with your credit if you rent with roommates. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

The day we were to move into our rental is was a mess. There were dead insects and mouse feces in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. The refrigerator was disgusting. There were cockroaches mainly in the kitchen, half bath and dining room. The floors were filthy and the blinds, windowsills and ceiling fans were very dusty. The landscaping was in need of help. When we toured it yes these issues were here but we believed that by the time we were to move in that it would have been cleaned but no. How can you expect new tenants to move into these conditions when you would not allow the tenants to leave the rental property in that condition without a penalty fee. This Company is by far the most Unprofessional management team. they allowed renters to paint 3 rooms of our rental property Candy Apple red.(mine you the renter were not painters).Jennifer then tells us “ We don’t ever do walk throughs unless the owners ask us to do so. Hello isn’t that part of Management!!!So Bad!!! They have so called contractors come out and give est. on minor fixes for the property and UP stage the damages. Really disappointed in Great Locations and the manager, Jennifer and her lack of professionalism. I moved into my unit at PeachTree lofts in September and have had only poor experiences with the property itself but also with Great Locations and the staff. Upon moving in, the buildings exterior lights were shutting off right after sunset and the entire building was pitch black, creating an unsafe environment at night. I called and spoke with Jennifer and requested the lights be kept on overnight since I get home from work at nearly 4:45am and cannot see anything around the building. I was ensured the lights would be turned back on. It took weeks and multiple calls for the lights to finally be turned back on.
