Bruce came out right away and walked through the house and advised us on items recommended to add value. The house was listed quickly including high quality photos. Bruce worked closely with the agents of potential buyers and the showing process was a non-issue for us. The house sold quickly over asking. Bruce worked closely with the buyers agent on all communication with the buyer prior to closing. He is very knowledgeable, an industry expert, provided outstanding advice, and is a down to earth, great guy. We highly recommend Bruce.
