Great American Title Agency - Westerville

We worked with Great American Title company on a recent home purchase and it was the worst closing experience I’ve had. After repeated requests for wiring instructions before the closing date, instructions were sent 3 hours before our closing appointment. This ultimately resulted in a delay with funds transferring. They also were not open in their communication with us as the buyers or the sellers which impacted the sellers closing on another property. Would not recommend or use again.

I had an international deal that another title company did not know how to deal with so I decided to give these guys a try. Being out of country adds several layers of complication. The whole team responded quickly and was professional. They were able to pivot every time we ran into a new snag and there were several of those. I will definitely be using them again although I am sure they are probably happier to just get straight forward American deals lol.

Great American Title Agency is top notch. My calls/emails are ALWAYS answered with promptness which is very important to me. The staff is very professional and wonderful with the clients. I highly recommend Great American Title for your real estate needs. Just closed another deal with GATA1!!!

Nice folks. On time and very courteous. Minor issue with accurate funds transfers and I had to help them figure out what happened (they wired too much money into our account and i had to go to the bank to get a cashiers check to send it back). Other than the funds issue (which they were very professional about) overall a good experience and I would recommend.

The people at Great American are, well..great! Obviously competence is the most important aspect of any service especially one as complicated as home closings. There is so much going on it requires a great amount of trust on the part of the seller and buyer. The folks at Great American are extremely competent and trustworthy. We closed on a sale and a purchase about a month apart and both couldn’t have been smoother. They are also a friendly group and do their best to make you feel at home.
