Great experience at Graystone Place Apartments I recommend Graystone Place Apartments for its good location and peaceful environment. During my time here, the apartments and common areas have always been well maintained. I would especially like to recognize the cleaning staff, who do an excellent job. Their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail truly show. Everything is consistently clean and well cared for, and they are always professional and respectful. Overall, this is a great place to live with a committed staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

0 stars. This is by far the worst apartment complex to live. If you dont have to, i would NOT live here. The rental office doesn’t answer the phones and if they do they are extremely rude. Graystone Place lost an amazing property manager when Katy left, Kasie is often very unprofessional and doesn’t communicate properly. I understand property management is hard but if you hate your job and or communication with people daily, you probably shouldn’t work in customer service. Maintenance enters your apartment whenever they feel and most times no notice is provided. They find whatever to charge you extra but do nothing to fix or replace if broken. The roach problem is horrific. Not once has pest control ever been sent out. The parking situation is terrible. Packages are stolen off porch's, bro

I recently moved into this property and I’m truly impressed. Everything is well-maintained and cared for, with a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, and the neighbors are also very warm and welcoming. Overall, the experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend this property.

Nice spacious 2 bedroom, affordable cost. Seem like very good people that manage the places!
