Graystone Apartments

Would give Graystone Apartments on Stellhorn and Kelli the owner 10 stars if we could. Our son was a PFW student had a bad experience at another local apartment complex his first year. We looked all over town and our last stop was Graystone. We knew immediately it was the perfect place for him. Graystone is clean, well maintained, the right price and conveniently located. But the huge difference was Kelli. All the paperwork and processes were in order. No hassles. She consistently went above and beyond communicating with residents and taking care of any questions or maintenance needs. You can really tell Kelli not only cares about her business and property but the residents. Graystone is an absolutely amazing place to live. Issues are addressed super quickly. The landlady is super kind and always has time to listen to any troubles you may be having. The buildings are brand new and the studio apartments are perfect for new graduates or folks that work remotely. I've also had absolutely fantastic interactions with my neighbors, I really have no complaints at all. I could not recommend this place more. It is fantastic.

Safe, secure, reasonably priced and Kelli sticks to her word w her tenants. Great experience all around.
