My mom loves it!!! Very stylish and great amenities (electric vehicle charging stations, gym, lounge, theater room, salon, arts and crafts room, koi pond, gazebo, fire pit area, raised garden beds, and walking trail)! Outlets are up higher on walls for seniors and lots of storage in kitchen and baths. Each unit also has private outdoor space. Grand kids also love it! 😊

Do not move into this place. The materials are awful. We pairs are needed regularly. The management is horrible. Most of them, this is their first job ever in the management industry. They will raise the rates on you twice annually and do it in such a way that they can get away with it legally. It’s a scam. The manager Darielle needs customer service and management courses. Her behavior is foul if you don’t trust my opinion, just scroll through and look at the other opinions of her.

First off it's affordable, and its a brand new building . I feel the staff had to find a balance between execs decisions and residences issues. Im not sure how intense those situations are? Food/ Package delivery can be tricky sometimes but overall I enjoy living here. I wish we had a pool/ seniors like to swim too... Side note: You have to figure out whether or not you can tolerate all the goings on while living in a shared space?
