Gray Ridge Apartments

It was a quiet good home for me for one and a half years, but they never refunded my deposit of $1,000. Management was good until they sold it to the current owners.

I have lived in these apartments since February of 2024. We have had three management companies in the time frame and transferred ownership twice. The original owner, Bruce, and NuKey Realty were very easy to work with. Then it moved to management by ALH. Not as convenient. Being a new complex, we expected there would be some shuffling with management and ownership but this has been very unfortunate. Currently we are now under management by WEB properties. They are very inconvenient. Since being here I’ve constantly requested help with our parking situation. Originally we were told there were enough spots for a garage unit and one lot parking for each unit. Quick math tells you that’s not true. The Gray Ridge Apartments are perfect. The units are brand new with great fixtures and appliances. There is also a spacious living room in every unit. The owners are great to work with and so kind.

This complex has no room for delivery parking. Delivered to a unit here and wasn’t a single spot open to park in

The design and layout of these units are amazing! Great quality features. Highly recommend!
