Gray Branch Apartments

I have been meaning to write this review for mths. Sorry for it being soooooo late. I liked the apts from the 1st time i saw them online. They are really cute and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. It's always nice, quiet and safe. The office and maint respond quickly and keep you informed on anything that you would need to know ahead of time. The grounds are kept really nice & will have seasonal flowers planted. Mckenna and Payten are super sweet and always ready to help you with anything. I also like that there is a resident bulletin board online if you want to advertise pet care or that you are a seamstress if you need something tailored. There is very good lighting in the parking lots and the workout room is open 24 hrs. I love living here.

Today I visited Gray Branch and met Payden. She was amazing — warm smile, very professional, and she listened attentively while answering all my questions. The property is beautiful, welcoming, and truly stands out. I highly recommend this community and their wonderful team.

Bathtub had pink mold and balcony had spiderwebs upon move-in. Washing machine had a strange smell as if it hadn't been cleaned. While my family was helping me move my furniture into my apartment, they noticed a wasp nest in the corner of the building by the stairs. Within a month, I was seeing roaches in the apartment. At one point, I received an email stating that gunshots were heard outside my building. The fob I was given never actually worked, and another resident that I knew personally had reported the same thing. The concrete in the hallway in my building had stains from what looks like people dragging garbage bags. I love the gray branch apartments I have been here for almost 2 months and everything so far is just great my move in went by so fast and easy I love the girls in the office they are so sweet and care about the people who live here and who wants to move in the complex is so quiet they have so much to do the gym the pool table the volleyball court it’s just a great place to live I wish I found this place sooner

Hands down 5 STARS. Deserve all the positive reviews you read about them online. The tour guide was extremely nice and courteous and the whole place looks great. I am looking forward to making this my next home. My daughter just graduated (MD) and I don't need the 3-bedroom house anymore. I like that the units come with washers and dryers in the unit.
