Gravity on 400

I really love my studio and management has always been kind and helpful. I just wish that other tenants would be more respectful, responsible and accountable to the ways in which their behaviors affect others that live here. Other than that, I plan to stick around for a while! :)

Office staff, very friendly! Carla, Sherri, and Cat are amazing at what they do. They go over and beyond to make my experience good. When I first moved in, there were a few issues which was to be expected being a new build; however, the team has worked diligently to resolve these matters as quickly as possible. Overall, I enjoy living here!

I have lived here for 6 months and have ran into multiple issues. For starters maintenance is beyond slow. Aka 4 weeks to fix my appliance slow. Then to follow that up, the same appliance breaks again 3 weeks later. Half of the doors outside don’t actually having a working unlock mechanism. The best part about this building is the office staff they have hired. They are caring and personable. As for upper management and dealing with important matters, you’d be better off fixing it blindfolded by yourself.

Living at Gravity 400 has been a frustrating experience, and I strongly urge potential renters to look elsewhere. While the apartments may appear modern and well-maintained at first glance, the reality is quite different. One of the most significant issues is the hot water—or lack thereof. The hot water goes out almost every other week, and management always seems to have an excuse rather than a solution. No one should have to deal with this recurring problem, especially when paying premium rent. Financial transparency is another major concern. Residents are subjected to hidden fees, including an inexplicable “billing fee” simply for receiving a bill. Additionally, utilities are divided among all tenants rather than being based on individual usage. This unfair system raises questions abo
