Grassy Pond Apartments

That’s where I’m from good neighborhood but we play around we know what’s up and all the above I went back in a long time I miss my hood 💯

I’ve been living here for nearly 3 months. 2 minor maintenance issues which the Apartment Manager promptly got maintence to fix. The price is great and the the neighbors for the most part are friendly. The units have been completely redone with tile floors which clean up easily. I’ve seen no signs of bugs, maybe the person who said that should of cleaned up after themselves. Anytime a apartment opens up, You can always see the Apartment Manager running around organizing Maintenance to clean and fix anything the previous residents left behind or broke. Renovations are still going on , some things are still a work in progress. I personally enjoy living here. The laundry room is only as bad as the people who used it before you. Close to shops and groceries .

The apartment is nice but to much drama goes on around here. The new owner is a selfish pig and needs to be dropped kicked. They lost my rent payment twice and took me to court for it. The new price of the apt is extremely to high for this area where there's gunshots and fights twice a weeks. Nobody's never in the office when you need them.

I wouldn't recommend Noone unless you're a seller or fein!! Drug infested and they don't care! I think manager Matthew and maintenance is all in with the sellers!! Safety doesn't matter!! Lights always out every other corner! Don't suppose 2 be pets but EVERYONE have big a55 dogs! Not a place to raise kids let alone RENT TO HIGH FOR WHAT REASON..IM NOT SURE! YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING TO NORTHSIDE AND CAN FIND BETTER

The neighborhood is nice. Maintenance was good on fixing things. I loved the apartment complex personally. BUT the landlord suuuucks! He’s a careless trash bag and needs to be slapped.
