Granite Ridge Apartments

Best leasing office I've ever dealt with in my decade plus of renting here in Madison. They are super friendly. It's nice you can simply text them (or fill out form in portal) and maintenance requests get responded to promptly (the few minor things here and there we've needed over the 2.5 yrs of living here. Solved usually same day or in a couple days tops if it's something they need to order a part for). Also my partner and I are hoping to be homeowners some day in future... but this place we decided will be the last place we'll ever rent! Also the courtyard is pretty and calming, nice huge lawn chairs and a lil waterfall nook with spot to grill out...and the 2nd floor has a gazebo with plants (like an observatory vibe) with patio and you can sit out out there in summer on the nice lawn

I’ve been residing here for a few years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. I like the design of the apartment, the grounds are kept very well maintained at all times, the office staff are friendly and obliging, and of the few times that an issue arose (e.g. freezer that wouldn’t freeze, air conditioner that wouldn’t condition) they acknowledged the problem immediately and had it remedied in as little as a few hours. I *hope* to have a house soon, but in the meantimes I’m glad to be living at Granite Ridge!

On January 15th, 2023 I called Maintenance and asked if they could go into my apartment to double check if I had possibly left my curling iron on. I had been out of town and was too late to turn back around. I had $300 worth in cash sitting on my kitchen bar stool. I was informed my curling iron was not on and that I would be charged $55 for the inconvenience fee which I was aware of. I came back home to see that my $300 in cash was missing. I called maintenance and asked if he knew where the money had gone. He responded that I must’ve left my door unlocked before he came in and someone else took it and that he did not take it. I said I would check my cameras (at the time I did not have any cameras inside of my apartment though if he took it he’d return it to avoid any reports made against

Excellent customer service in the downstairs lobby Apartment complex is always clean Love the inside of all the apartments with the high ceilings One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in And the price is absolutely fantastic
