Granite Ridge Apartments

i arrived for a scheduled showing to find the leasing office locked and vacant. no response after knocking loudly and leaving multiple voicemails. i find this extremely disrespectful of my time. if this is how they treat someone who is considering paying them tens of thousands of dollars a year, i shudder to consider how they treat their tenants who are in an inescapable legal agreement with them. i do not recommend this business.

My first month living here was fine, but everything went downhill fast. I started seeing roaches, silver fish and ended up catching a total of eight mice during my time here. The building is extremely noisy—kids running up and down the halls at all hours, and trash constantly left in the common areas. Management is basically nonexistent. No one is ever in the office, and they never respond to emails or phone calls. Overall, I was miserable living here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The machine to load our laundry cards has been broken for 2 months. Their solution? Drive to a Brooklyn Center apartment to put money in our card. Not good enough….are they going to get a new one? They keep saying they are but it’s not looking good. Poor management

Hello I’ve been living at Granite Ridge Apartments with my grandma for my entire life and overall it’s been a great experience. The units are nice and clean which makes it a very enjoyable place to live. The management team, Erin, Barry, and Brad have been super helpful and responsive any time we've had questions or maintenance requests. Things get handled quickly, which I really appreciate. There’s also laundry on-site, which is very convenient. I went to elementary, middle and high school here and also graduated. (7 times A and B honor roll student) Shopping, banks, parks, daycares, all within blocks. A dependable bus line and much more, I love it here. Overall it's a great place to live.

Hello, My name is Kathy, I've lived at granite ridge almost 23 years! There have been various changes all good! And that's the reason I'm still here.(love elevator access)😊 It's a very convenient location,for families. Schools, daycares, park, metro transit, easy freeway access,shopping, eats and treats! It's quiet, clean and the neighbors are always polite. As far as management Erin is awesome! She's understanding and immediately addresses whatever the issue may be. Bradley @matienence is very caring, polite and takes his job seriously.
