It is frankly disappointing that it appears so much effort has been put into creating what is truly a work of art in Uptown and what one must assume is the culmination of several careers within Granite Properties. The head of security at 23springs, Steve Griffin, has a demeanor that is frankly, appalling. His complete lack of professionalism and hostile demeanor should be concerning to tenants, future retail businesses, and patrons alike. Prospective tenants, businesses, and all entities should be concerned with an individual like this.

Granite Park One by Granite Properties are world class office spaces and buildings located in Plano. They hired Massage Integration for chair massage as an amenity for their buildings clients, and also hired MI co-owner Kevin Foresman for a Mindfulness Meditation seminar at lunchtime. Really beautiful and efficient conference rooms and workout rooms.
