Grange/Allison Apartments

We are about half way through our 3rd year at Grange-Allison. Glenco has always been a breath of fresh air compared with some previous management experiences, and we love the neighborhood - very family friendly and our neighbors are wonderful. It was a downsize for us, but we love the staff, and the little community we've become a part of has made up for that, by far. I know it’s an older building, but also know they have been trying to slowly update things. That said the walls and floors/ceilings are thin - and we are in a building full of little kids, so that gets tricky sometimes (mainly at bedtimes). But, we all try to put up with each other and communicate pretty well when needed. I do wish though, that that was considered more as they are updating - insulation or some sort of sou

Within a hour of contacting maintenance they were here replacing our smoke detector that was at “end of life” & alarming. It was greatly appreciated since it was a Saturday late morning when the smoke detector decided to die!!

I lived in Grange Allison apartments a few years ago. I loved being there. The maintenance was exceptional. So often the hallways in apartments ate disgusting but not there. The wash machines, dryers and hallways were routinely cleaned. I moved from Wisconsin or I would still be there. My neighbors were fantastic! Oh, and the office staff was very polite and always handled any problem I called about.

My husband & I stayed in these apartments for almost a year and we had a great first time experience! The apartments were well maintained, clean, and professional. The leasing/office staff including the maintenance crew were always respectful and communicative. Never had any issues!! :)

We lived in Grange Allison for a little over two years and it was a great place to live. It was large and updated. The staff were nice and helpful. Great location too. It was definitely a little emotional having to leave. We bought a house now but I would not hesitate to return to these apartments if need be.
