Grandview Yard

I am a new resident; native to OH and an experienced health professional. I value respectful residents and responsive leasing staff, and a clean and safe community area. I am very satisfied living here. People are friendly and generally it's quiet here so you can work and/or study just fine at home. I had a maintenance issue and Reggie or Regis (sorry!) was very courteous and helpful- and prompt. Also, I relocated here from out of State and Samantha in the leasing office was extremely helpful with all of the move-in details and lease process. I could not have asked for more.

Grandview Yard features two of the highly rated and sophisticated and beautifully decorated hotels in Grandview. It has parking garages safe secure, restaurants such Holbierhaus. And OSU Hospital Eye Center. The list is endless and omg so close.

Went here (1st time) for the grandview yard quarter marathon. Was super organized and lively for a run. Great vendors and location. Next... half marathon!

Alex was so incredibly helpful when it came to the moving process. He helped me find the perfect apartment with ease and went above and beyond to help me. He also was so knowledgeable and welcoming. Im so glad he was able to assist me and make this experience easy. Thank you Alex!

I lived here for 2 years and loved it so much. Everything worked: oven, fridge, hot water, WiFi. When I needed something fixed like a light bulb change it was very easy. Pool and gym are great, and a fantastic area to walk a dog. Fun spots in Grandview are in walking distance.
