Grandview Tower Apartments

I don't know if management has gotten the elevator fixed or not but it caused me plenty of panic attacks. I have been in two of the apartments on different levels and they were clean and tidy by the residents that lived there. There are way too many that do not live in these apartments that hangout causing problems at the front of the building. And if you are elderly or fragile with your health, the Walmart Grocery isn't a place that would be easy to walk to.

Lived there for 2 years apartment is not bad and the people are friendly but management like to play FAVORITE tenants game and often uses the emergency speaker system to complain or talk about other tenants which is wrong and cruel Considering there are some sick and dying tenants there. Also they have a tendency to tell your business to other staff and even residents

I've lived here for about 15 months., I have had family and friends that lived here before the new management company took the building..it was dirty & drug infested literally.. Robin the building manager has turned the building into a better place to live in a safer environment and living community.. she expects all residents to abide by the HUD housing and building community standards and specifications..

Since Robin has become manager this place has become a community that looks out for one another. The riff raff has gone away. We are at the top for being a great place to live. I have been here 4 years and I feel safe and secure here. Thank you Robin for all the time and hours you Put in for all of us residents. You have really changed this place alot. We are stronger as a community!!

This place is not a place for anyone to have to live! It is literally home for elders to go and die. It’s dirty and you can literally smell death through the place. I would seriously reconsider sending anyone elderly that you care for to live in this location! There are much nicer facilities in our area available for anyone over 55!
