Grandview Terrace Apartments

Wasted my time and money. Approved me for an apartment after taking a $45 application fee and a $100 "holding fee" then wouldn't return any of my calls or emails for a month when I tried to pay my security deposit and sign for the apartment. Management is nonexistent and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere where they actually give a damn about your time and money. Since they won't respond elsewhere, I'll say it here, I want my holding fee back!

I lived here for 11 years and it used to be a great place to live. In the last year, it went so downhill that it drove me to move out in January. inconsistent communication. Constant issues with the plumbing and the water turned off with no warning. At one point, I received an e-mail that my bathtub needed to be replaced after contractors had been in my apartment a couple weeks before. I had no idea contractors were in my apartment as I was never notified. After they replaced it, the job wasn’t finished and my bathroom was left a huge mess. The insulation was all exposed and nothing was put back together. I reached out to management with messages and was ignored. I was forced to use an unfinished shower for several months and by the time I moved out , the problem still was not addressed. T

My interaction with Grandview manager Wes Holtz has been exceptional. He possesses a profound understanding of the premises and ensures that tenants' requirements are fulfilled. Wes diligently resolves all matters, offering assistance and addressing any inquiries I may have. I am highly pleased with the service received, and I would wholeheartedly give a top rating. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment to all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊

I been leaving here for a year is was one of my worst experiences ever scary place with racist peoples we suffer me and my friends gas trun off anytime package stolen police who came 10 times a week there Maitance guys came fixing stuff but is never clean after him we be leaving’s 3 day’s without a heaters in our apparement all type of racism action acussation on evrthing side eyes on us by the manager and is team package was stolen by a robber, and the police came 10 times a week. The maintenance guys came to fix things, but it is never clean after they leave. We have been without heaters in our apartment for 3 days, and our water was locked. We have been charged for utilities against our deposit, but we left on time. They charged us for cleaning, even though we cleaned the place ourselv

RUN RUN RUN. They don't send your your deposit when you leave. The site manager told me 2 weeks 5 weeks ago. I would never recommend this place. They never disclosed all the flooding. It's so damp feeling inside. Management never came for issues I reported.
