Grandview at Clear Pond Apartments

I enjoy living at Grandview at Clearpond because it has everything I need—spacious apartments, a beautiful clubhouse, a nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs, a well-equipped gym, and plenty of parking (I’ve never had an issue finding a spot). The team here is incredibly welcoming and always ready to resolve any issues promptly. The office staff and management team are both supportive and responsive, making the entire experience even better. Choosing to live at Grandview was definitely the best decision!

I toured with liz & she was amazing. Answered all my questions and was very informative. Ask for her when you go. The apartments were so nice and a very good space. The neighborhood was great. Its deeper in clear pond so its away from the road which makes it peaceful. Very happy with it and i cant recommend it enough!

Called & went to tour grandview. Spoke to Liz both times and she was an absolute gem. She was so helpful and explained everything so well. She made everything so simple and easy. When I went to tour she was was just as great and explained everything to the T. I cannot recommend her enough. On top of that the property was so clean and well organized. The unit we saw was so clean and up kept. We can’t wait to call this home. Do yourself and favor and come see these apartments with Liz! You won’t regret it!

The apartments are beautiful, and I’m really excited to move in soon! As someone new to the area, I truly appreciated how smooth the process was. Lizeth was amazing professional, helpful, and always available to answer all of my questions. She guided me through every step of the leasing process and made the whole experience stress free. I’m glad I chose this place!
