Ms. Lucy was absolutely amazing in helping me renew my lease! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly cares about the residents and always takes the time to listen and help with anything we need. Her professionalism and kindness really stand out. I also want to mention the maintenance staff, they are just incredible! They respond quickly, do a great job, and are always respectful and helpful. I am so grateful To the leasing and maintenance staff here at Grandea Bellfort apartments. I had to be moved out of my place by November 30 and Lucy was very very courteous when she was helping me. I gave them my application Tuesday before Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving. I was approved. She worked hard on this for me to make sure me and my children had somewhere to go before my lease was over at the other complex. Her customer service is over the top amazing. She gave me a tour of the place and the actual apartment that I would be living in. There were some things that needed to be changed or fixed and the maintenance crew has been on top of it. Huge thanks to Lucia at the leasing office! She was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. My flight was delayed and I arrived much later than planned, but Lucia still stayed and waited for me even after office hours to make sure I could move in the same day. Her dedication truly went above and beyond.

Touring at Grandea Bellfort was a great experience. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us started with the application process. Lucy at the front desk was very sweet and helpful in the meantime while I applied. I also really appreciated the manager, Liz, coming out to personally introduce herself. The office was well kept and clean, and the unit we toured was just as clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive first impression.
