Grand West at Covington

I lived here for 2 years and not single problem with staff or other people. It does get a little hot in the summer time, the rooms only have one wall ac unit but it gets the job done. If you dont cause problems they wont cause problems. Thank you Caroline for making my first appointment experience welcomed.

The maintenance man causes problems tried fighting my nephew by putting his hands on him and getting in his face. My nephew is a respectful young man. For a manager to let this happen is completely unacceptable. I 100% do not recommend living here.

I have been here for almost a year and do not have one single complaint...lots of compliments though....the staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, personable and always have time for you! The apartments are comfortable and have just been renovated with new carpet and flooring, all new appliances, etc. I love that the staff will see you at the store and not only know you by name but will also take the time to talk to you. They always ask how things are and if everything is ok in the apartment. I absolutely love it here!

Originally this was a great place to live until it came time to move out. We cleaned our apt very well and were told by the manager that we should be able to get some of our deposit back. To my surprise we got a bill instead of a return. We had to pay over $700 in damages. After I reminded the manager of what she had said she simply said "Well we had to paint each room." Painting each room after you leave costs like $150, be sure to make sure you don't need the apt painted when you leave and make sure it is in writing or you'll get screwed over.

The maintenance man disrespected me by touching me and not allowing me to get in my car and The people in the Front office discriminates anyone and everyone whether it be by making racial or situational remarks these employees are by far the most rude and out of pocket people I’ve ever met.
