Local St. George businesses should exercise caution when working with this company. Liz Kitchen contacted my business to perform services. Payment was disputed after the work was completed. Prior to scheduling the service, she was informed by my store manager over the phone and by me via text message that the service call fee applied per fireplace. After the work was completed, she later claimed that this was not what had been communicated. Despite having prior written messages explaining how our services and pricing worked, payment was withheld until I provided recorded phone calls confirming the agreed-upon terms. My favorite thing about Grand Welcome is Liz. And Becky. They have made our experience positive and gratifying, in a saturated market where vacation rentals sometimes get overlooked. Attention to details and caring about our needs and concerns as owners has kept us working with Grand Welcome. They recognize that this place is ours, and treat us with respect and kindness.

Liz, our Grand Welcome contact, has been fantastic. She is awesome. Always responsive and takes care of visitors well. They feel fairly priced. It is my first experience with a prop manager. Seems to be going well.

What an amazing place! The unit is called WESTERN FRONT. Perfectly located with beautiful views facing the Pine Valley Mountain Range. It’s nicely nestled yet only a nine iron from the pools and amenities. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Super comfortable! We absolutely loved it!

The condo we rented for ten days was a little piece of home! I can't even describe how clean this place was - I am the sort of person who finds herself on her hands and knees scrubbing the corners of the baseboards to ensure every little bit of grime is removed, and I was blown away at how clean everything was! Whoever they get to clean for them needs to move up north and come clean for me! Everything was effortless, from check in to check out. Becky even prepared a little note and welcome snacks for us upon our arrival. She texted to ensure we knew who to reach out to should there be any concerns.
