Wonderful hosts! We felt so cared for, like family! The condo was clean and in a great location. We walked to coffee, restaurants, 7-11, the ocean, fish market and to sea lion island! Tea, coffee, phone chargers, extra towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and a noise sleep machine included. Hot water, comfy beds and quiet! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs all over… this one is tops in our book!!

Fay and the entire family make running our family’s rental a dream. I can’t think of another business I work with that treats me and our property like their top priority. Our guests are also always beyond happy with their helpfulness. Their cleaning staff keeps our beach home immaculate, and it feels like walking into a five star hotel when we enter our property.

I stayed at an VRBO in Solana Beach to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was absolutely amazing! Fay and Thaier amazing team duo by the way, made my stay feel extremely welcoming and were always available if I had any questions/comments/concerns. This condo exceeded my expectations! The view was absolutely beautiful, I felt like I was in heaven! Fay and her team are the most caring and carry the outmost professionalism. I had been searching for a local company that could deliver excellent guest hospitality for our rental in Oceanside. I have had some under achieving experiences with other companies who either did not deliver authentic customer/guest care or charged the owner and the guest unreasonable fees and/or let basic maintenance details unattended to. In the past 2 months since finding Fay and Thaier and family at Grand Welcome Carlsbad they have proven to be excellent hosts who care about guests and owners. They care as I do about the guest experience and they provide thorough checks on the property to insure house is ready for guest and is well maintained. I highly recommend this team, high quality guest care, high quality owner care!
