Grand View Towers

This review is strictly in regards to recent services implemented by the new management team. Their new AI assistant consistently refuses to connect me with someone to address issues in my residence here. I've called several times and it hangs up on me once it states I will be connected to a team member. They moved us to a new rent payment platform without our consent that delivers to us a $12 monthly fee to use a service that WE DO NOT WANT TO USE. It splits rent payments in to two arbitrary amounts without breaking anything down for us so we have no way of knowing what we're actually paying into, among other problems with general facility maintenance. The new management team did ONE single meet and greet which I missed due to work, and now I have no idea of who's even in charge of this p

i love this apartment complex when i need something fixed, they come as sson as they can and fix it. no complaints. 👏🏽

This was the worst tour experience ever. When I first scheduled the tour, I never received a confirmation. I called to check if my appointment was in their system, and they assured me everything was set for the next day. When we arrived, there was a phone at the door to contact the leasing office, but every time I dialed, the automated system would say, “If you are a current resident, press 9,” and then the call would drop. I tried three times. Then, I called from my cell phone—twice—no answer. I even tried their emergency line, and when someone finally picked up, all they said was, “I can’t promise you anything, but I’ll tell the leasing office it’s important to you.” Unbelievable. How can a company operate like this? Their standards are beyond low.

Had a tour confirmed for today at 11am. Tour was confirmed a few days prior and the morning of. Showed up promptly on time and was not met by anyone. Call box outside does not work and phone number provided to me did not work either. They finally texted me after I had already arrived to see if they could schedule another day with me. Extremely unprofessional and sketchy.

Parking has improved after a lot of complaining but was very bad. Noise from my neighbors is excessive. I’ve lived in multiple apartments with upstairs neighbors and it has never been this bad. I’ve sent an email to management so many times with no improvement. At the moment I do not see myself renewing at all. Update: After the response from the company, noise continues and may even be worse even though they said they spoke with them. We’ve called and emailed without success… would give zero stars if possible.
