I'm only giving a 1 star (wish I can give -5 stars) based on the HOA. Absolutely the worst HOA! The chair person is corrupted and self-serving. The management company is worthless! Constant water sprinkler issues because they are copper pipes. Sprinklers are HOA responsibilities, but takes them at least a couple of months to fix an issue and then the next day other sprinkler pipes are leaking. Complaints to HOA and management company goes no where. Overall neighbors are nice, good to have a pool in the community. Just wish there is no HOA! Period.
The pool is so fun to play in and the people are super nice
