I had a great experience visiting this community. The property was very clean and well‑kept, which made a strong first impression. The leasing staff, Florencia and Josvanny, were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the tour. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and made the whole process feel easy. Definitely one of the best leasing teams I’ve met.

I recently moved apartments within Grand Station and even though I changed units I stayed in the building for a reason. The amenities are great, the location is perfect, and the customer service is on another level. I want to give a huge shoutout to Florencia, who was an absolute rockstar throughout my entire lease transfer process. There were a lot of complications, but she handled everything head-on with patience, professionalism, and proactive communication. She made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. It is rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but she did exactly that. Because of her support and the overall experience here, Grand Station is a no-brainer in my eyes. Highly recommend living here. The service alone sets this place apart.

Be aware that package handling procedures here may be unreliable. A perishable food delivery of mine was misdelivered to another unit and left sitting in a box before eventually being returned. The time out of refrigeration was unknown, so I had to throw it away. Management did not proactively notify me or take clear responsibility for the process failure. If you depend on time-sensitive or perishable deliveries, this is something to consider. $125 worth of very lean ground beef

I have had an amazing experience at this building since day one. Jocelyn and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in and overall living experience. There are events planned for nearly every holiday and the Grand Station team does an exceptional job every time. The amenities are always clean. My favorite is the gym, which has a spectacular view and an outside/inside exercise area.
